Today marks a blog-worthy milestone for ENOUGHCED. We're making our first post on social media, introducing our logo. We don’t expect a lot of views or interactions, but it’s a significant milestone for me. I was adamant about posting with purpose, so I waited for the right time.

A lot has gone into getting to this point, from deciding to make our own ENOUGHCED candles and rebrand, to now. It took a lot of consistency over time and navigating new experiences. When I first set out on this new goal, I didn’t even know exactly how I wanted to brand my candles or share my brand. I knew I wasn't going to try to be a candle guru, and I had little interest in using social media for things that weren't important to me. But from finding a great team, to designing all of my candles, to revamping the website store and everything in between, I finally made it to the first real post. I didn’t even know I would be blogging on my website, but here I am!

I remember encountering a few obstacles along the way. One specific issue was the unexpected delays in production. In my head, I was on a roll, creating and sampling. I figured I would have my final production in a couple of months and be ready to move to the next stage. But when that time came, I realized this was going to take much longer than I anticipated. I was like, "Well, damn. What am I going to do now?" I went from feeling like I was making substantial progress to feeling stuck and not knowing how to stay productive toward the goal. But it was a learning experience. It gave me time to focus on other areas I needed to prepare and also evolved my purpose for the brand, which I had not really figured out until that point.

I decided to start journaling the different experiences and learning curves I encountered. My main goal was to become more consistent with being intentional about accomplishing more. Around that time of pivoting, I realized that’s how I wanted to grow the brand. I wanted to go through the process and use that as the content I needed to be purposeful on social media. Today somewhat starts a new chapter in the journey. I have many ideas to continue working on and executing, but as long as I keep trying and holding myself accountable, we look forward to the process. Maybe one day, my brand and candles will connect with lots of people who have that same desire to get better one day at a time.
