Return Policy

Please note that our shirt product items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. 

 

If by chance you are not completely satisfied with your candle order, we are here to help and ensure you have a positive experience with us. To be eligible for a return, our candle products must be in unused condition and in their original packaging. The condition of the original packaging of our candle products may affect the amount of your return. Customers have 7 days from the date delivered to request a return. To process a return, please contact our customer service team at support@enoughced.store with your order number and reason for the return. We do not offer exchanges at this time. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items. If your candles arrived damaged, please provide photos of the damage within 2 days of the date delivered to expedite the process. Claims for damaged candle orders submitted after 2 days of the date delivered may be denied. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item; however, the decision to issue a refund is entirely at our discretion and not an obligation.
