Shipping Policy

Our shipping policy is designed to ensure your shirts and candles arrive safely and promptly. Orders are processed within 1-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. We offer shipping through USPS Priority Mail with shipping charges calculated at checkout based on your destination. While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, please note that delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress. We are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shipping experience for all our customers.

 

Fulfillment

Our order processing times vary depending on the product type. Shirt products are produced on-demand with a fulfillment time of 2-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Candle products have a fulfillment time of 1-2 business days, with occasional exceptions. Our fulfillment times are an estimate, but not a guarantee. We strive to process and ship all orders promptly to ensure timely delivery.

 

Shipping

We offer standard shipping through Printful for all shirt products, with a delivery timeframe of 4-11 business days. For candle products, we provide standard Priority USPS shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary as our primary fulfillment center is located in Texas. Currently, we only ship within the United States.

 

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order details and photographs of the damaged items. This will help us assess the situation and expedite the resolution process. We will work quickly to provide a suitable solution, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

 

Lost or Stolen

In the event that your package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately with your order details. We will work closely with the shipping carrier to investigate the situation and attempt to locate your package. While we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer, we will make every effort to assist you, including filing a claim with the carrier if necessary.

 

If a package is undeliverable, unclaimed, or refused by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package. Unclaimed packages that are returned to EnoughCED LLC, will have 7 business days from the date of receipt to reclaim the package and pay for re-shipping.

 

Hot Weather Shipping Advisory for Candle Products

Please be aware that during hot weather temperatures, our candle products may experience softening or melting while in transit or when left outside after delivery. We recommend retrieving your package as soon as possible after delivery to prevent exposure to high temperatures. While we take precautions to ensure your candles arrive in the best possible condition, we cannot guarantee that they will not be affected by extreme heat.
